I love this place!!! What can I say about this place that you may not have already heard?!? I've been coming here since they opened in NOLA, a few years ago. You cook the food yourself so it's pretty laid back.
The drinks are pretty well priced and delicious. I usually get the Lychee Saketini. It has lychee juice, lychee fruit & sake. Served up martini style. Easy to drink, refreshing, not overly sweet. Gets you to a good level if you drink enough of them lol.
The service is always good. There's not much to expect of the server because like I said you cook the food yourself. But they are knowledgeable about the cuts ans cook times.
Ambiance is cool as well. Modern but not sterile. Booths and tables all equipped with a grill to cook your food on. There's so many meats to choose from. My staples are the duck, filet, harami skirt steak, strip, & garlic shrimp. The mushroom medley is also really good as is the spicy edamame. My kids love the pork gyoza. And we usually always start with the black pepper wings...chefs kiss!
Take the family, take friends, take enemies, hell take anybody...just get there. They've even got dessert!!!!
